Forgiveness can be learned.
Restoration can be practiced.

ForGiving ForRestoring Canada supports individuals and communities in healing harm, restoring dignity, and rebuilding trust—through evidence-based forgiveness and restorative learning.

What We Do

We teach forgiveness as a skill, grounded in choice. And restoration as a practice—not an expectation.

Our experiential programs guide people to release resentment, restore dignity, and rebuild trust—in themselves, their relationships, and their communities.

Global Roots, Canadian Practice

Our work is inspired by an international pedagogy developed by Fundación para la Reconciliación and adapted for Canadian communities by experienced peace practitioners.

Born in Colombia and recognized by UNESCO, the ESPERE Program has reached over 2.3 million people in over 20 countries worldwide. ForGiving ForRestoring Canada brings this transformative pedagogy to Canadian communities, in partnership with Fundación para la Reconciliación, and aligned with initiatives such as the Global Forgiveness Movement and the Discover Forgiveness approach and research.
