Forgiveness is often
misunderstood.

We approach it
differently.

What Forgiveness Is

Forgiveness is a personal process of healing. It helps people loosen the grip of resentment, anger, and pain so they can reclaim their lives.

It can:

  • reduce emotional and physical stress

  • restore a sense of agency

  • open space for compassion—without denial

What Forgiveness Is Not

Forgiveness is not forgetting.
It is not excusing harm.
It is not giving up justice.
It does not imply reconciliation.

Forgiveness is something you do with and for yourself, at your own pace.

Why Forgiveness Matters

Unresolved harm doesn’t disappear—it lingers in bodies, relationships, and communities. Learning forgiveness helps interrupt cycles of resentment, retaliation, and withdrawal—making room for healthier ways of living together.
